Recovery of Maturity Amount of Unitech Fixed Deposit
I have 2 Fixed Deposits of Rs.25000/- each with Unitech. The link of Amacus Curie for submitting Claim is closed on 20/06/2019. There are many fixed depositors like me who could not file claims at the portal as we were not aware of the development and there was no Email/SMS communication from the company or Amacus Curie in this regard. What is the way out ? Is there any possibility of filing a collective application in Supreme Court for re-opening the link for filing Fixed Deposit claim ?
