I’m a wife with one child. My husband earlier used to have an extramarital affair which he admitted later in front of many people and still admits. Even his parents admit it. I always used to have fights with my spouse’s father since marriage and after some time they moved out of the house in some other place. They used to come at occasions and was in touch with my family till now. Now, my husband was caught with another new extramarital affair and after seeing the proofs, he committed suicide and was saved in the hospital. I and my son used to continuously advise the husband’s parents on the ongoing situations in the house but now after this life-risking scene that my husband made out of fear and panic, the husband is falsely blaming me for that I used to torture him to hide the actual reason. They(my husband and his parents) have thrown me out of the house saying that I’m reason behind his new affair and the reason why my husband committed an act of suicide. Now, I’m homeless with no faults.
I have made an agreement for selling my property with the buyer. Buyer paid 30% of the total value. Rest he agrees to pay at the time of registration. Since my property is a old construction he want to dismantle it and go for registration, can I give buyer possession to dismantle my building.
I had booked two units ready to move. I had paid initial amounts plus registration fees. Haven’t registered yet or completed housing loan formalities. Meanwhile, I have lost my job. Hence, cannot buy either of units. Reputed builder has declined to refund full or partial. Amount is approx 3 lacs. Is there way to seek refund per law? Please advise.
