Dear Team Company Vakil, I am facing disciplinary action from employer and i want to know whether employer can do an FIR or case against me

If disciplinary enquiry is being set up, then the chance for FIR are low and FIR depends on type of company you are working at, type of offence committed, etc. unless it is an offence of moral turpitude.
