Reason for resignation -- they deducted 8000 rs in my last month salary , when I asked they said it was a deduction against penalty for not achieving Key Result Areas. When I had not signed any document stating any Key Result Areas.
I gave resignation to my employer With notice of a month Situation got heated and they asked .me to leave with immidiate effect .So as per policies ,I told them they have to pay me this month and 1 month extra payout and she agreed. Now when I sent her a mail about conversation we had she changed all her statement and replied with something unusual to digest.
Please suggest what to do. I need to reply her on mail.
