Pending of three years of salary at employer side

My employer not paid me salary of 3 years, its an engineering institute, they have deducted my PF component. Currently I am working with other organization. I am continuously communicating with the institute and the grievance committee but no reply from them. What should I do now?

You should send a legal notice and collect evidences for salary paid and not paid. Then file an application in court of law for the same.
