I would suggest you to take resignation letter easily as they also provide character certificate which can restrict you to join for a new job. Send a notice letter to the authorities, if that doesn?t help then send a legal notice.
Organization rejected my Resignation after serving notice period
My current organization has an online automatic portal system to submitted resignation, in which i submitted my resignation and informed my manager, post that i have been serving my resignation as per policy. however, now that i have completed my notice period have been completed my manager rejected my resignation and has asked me to serve for another one month. What are my options in this case?
