Sir , I am working as a sister in esic hospital. I have filed complaint against one of do doctors for verbal abuse and aggressive and violent behavior on 15 the last month. Now I m forced to rotate wards .another doctor through which complaint was filed gave a bogus complaint against me that I m refusing treatment to a patient to deputy ms .when I requested to call the patient it was denied. I m being labelled as rude and unable to adjust.i fear my acr is being damaged.though there was not any issue related to patient in last 5 yrs. I m a single woman at age 34 which they r trying to label me as frustrated and mentally unstable. Higher authorities r just indifferent. Can I take legal advice along with ongoing committe report.pls guide me
