You should file a case against them and request the court to ask them to consider your candidature again because what they are saying now have not written anywhere in the advertisement.
Contractual employee in Govt. sector is treated as private or what?
I am working in government sector on contract basis. I have filled a exam of AAI, in their advertisement they mentioned ?Candidates from private sector applying for thhavee post of Manager in various disciplines should be drawing minimum CTC of Rs. 11.00 Lacs per annum as on cut-off date?. I cleared that exam of AAI, and in documents verification process they rejected me saying you are not regular employee and we treated contract employee as private.
