Hello sir , Myself Shalu Pendekar. I used to work for IndusInd bank for 2 year’s. And after servering 3 months notice period I left job with that bank.in a notice period I can take only 7 leaves but because of medical reason 3 leaves I took extra for which I have provided medical certificate now my company is not giving me relieving letter for those 3 days. As per the rules if I have taken extra leaves the I should extend the notice period by 3 days. But it was not informed to me by them. Now they are refusing . I also marked mail to MD Romesh Sobti bit still not response from them . I makes multiple mails but no positive response . What should I do?

Hi sir, my self Anil Kumar i was working in a travel company (Avon India Pvt Ltd.) from last five and two moths ..company suddenly said want to one accountant in the compnay while my profile is credit controller one more account executive working therer. so i have resigned my job position. now company HR said we provide to you only one month salary not gratuity .sir guide me what should i do.
My current organization has portal system to submitted resignation, in which i submitted my resignation and informed my manager, post that i have been serving my resignation as per policy. however, now that i have completed my notice period have been completed my manager rejected my resignation and has asked me to serve for another one month.
