Dsssb has issued a vacancy of 290 vacancies for a post out of which 109 was for UR category . I hv applied and shortlisted and uploaded my docs. Initially dsssb published the results for only 92 candidates. Aggrieved by this i filed an OA in CAT that they should declare the result for the remaining vacancies. Again after 1 year they published the results for 5 UR candidates. Now again in this August the board has published the result for 12 more UR candidates and the last selected candidate has 102.50 marks whereas i hv 104.75 marks respectively but my roll. No doesn’t appear in the list. What to do now? Can i file a MA for this or should i wait for my court date? I hv also gvn the application to the board to consider my candidature. Plz tell what to do now?

My self k k nayak, working as a lecturer in a private institute from last 11 months, every month epf and esi amount has been deducted but still my epf account hasn’t been created.
I have already submitted my existing UAN No. And existing date of exit from old company.
As of now, still they are not submitting my epf amount I am willing to resign from the institute without completing the notice period (they will keep my 1 months salary for resigning without serving notice period as per joining letter).
Then what about my epf amount?

My query is as follows :-
1. Leave encashment : I work in a IT industry , my initial basic salary was Rs. 8600 . It as increased to Rs.15000 from april 2019 , also it was shown on my salary slip. I am on notice period currently(resigned on 29 August 2019) , however my HR said me that my leaves will be encashed based on old basic salary ie. Rs. 8600 and not on current basic salary of Rs. 15000. I think it should be encashed on current basic salary , Please advice .
2. PF ceiling : From November 2019 my pf contribution was Rs. 1000 also my organization contributed Rs.1000 . However due to new PF law my contribution should have been increased to Rs. 1800 based on new basic salary (Rs 15000) from April 2019 . However my organization deducted Rs.1800 from July 2019. which leads to loss of Rs. 2400 (Rs. 800 from April-June) .Now my company has denied to deduct this 2400 from my salary and is also denying to pay this amount of Rs. 2400 from the company’s end . Please advice on this .
