i want to know that is it ok to tell the interviewer that i might need a stay extension while i am in the USA. The reason i ask that is because there is a possibility of me failing the cpa exams. I would like to stay there and finish all of my exams before i come back to India. So there is a chance that i will have to reschedule my exams which might not fit in the initial 6 month window of my stay. (A person visiting on a b1/b2 visa is initially allowed to stay for 6 months.)
I (22 yrs old woman from Delhi) married an American citizen (24 yrs old man, US Air Force) a month back via court and our marriage is still a discreet one since nobody knows about it expect for our immediate families & I am still in Delhi living with my family. Now he is getting deployed to Turkey in late October and I want to visit him for a month or two before he leaves but every visa option I look into seems to be taking a lot of time and he and I do not have that much time in our hands so is it possible for me to apply for a Tourist/Students visa and visit him quickly? What are my options?
My daughter Green card holder (spouse dependent) overstayed outside US for more than one & half year. Can she go back to US and join her matrimonial home now ??
I got married (via the court) to an American citizen in India a month ago (He visited Delhi, India). I am an Indian Citizen, 22 years old from Delhi & a woman. He is in the US Air Force and has a Turkey tour in October. I want to go and visit him before he leaves for that but as far as I have read, the visa takes a hell lot of time! Is there any process or visa which can get me there ASAP?
