Hi Team Company Vakil, I am going to purchase a flat from joint owners of a property under Pune Municipal Corporation. 2 people, after merging their adjacent properties constructed a small private building, using their own supplier for their residential purpose. I am buying their third floor for my residential purpose. It's a very small building, containing only 8 flats, entire 1st and 2nd floor will be used by owners and only 3rd and 4th floor containing 2 flats on each floor, they are selling out to intending purchaser - how GST is applicable in my case, pls clarify.
