I had an argument with one of the leading online food delivery customer service executive and he called me from his personal phone and pretending to be a police officer and tried to threaten me stating a complaint has been lodged against me .When I inquired about the same ,I got to know that he was an employee of the same company.He said he had my address information too.He has violated my personal information as he used my name , contact number and address.What amount of compensation can I claim for or am I eligible for the claim?
