you can have share in your father’s property as you have will which provides relationship with that property.
my father died when i was 3 my mother got 2nd marriage when i was 7
my father died when i was 3 mother parents do my mother secind marriage when i was 7 i m 83 born. my caste got changed my schooling documents stands with second father name. i am in link wit my 1st father family from 15 years there was one house on my grandparents name my grand mother gave 50% share of that house on will i had copy. but my grand uncle (tayaji) stays their so i never asked for share. but now i came to know that granduncle transfered whole house to his daughter without telling any family member in blood relation i have no documents death certifictes of my grand parents my father my birth certificate i only has will copy.
