I had taken holiday membership from Elysium tours and travels Pvt Ltd from Bhandup in last year in month of December. At the time of taking membership representative explained me a lot of good benefits of this plan like 6-7 day/night stay in 3 - 5 star hotel, Gym membership, parlor service, 2 times dinner per year. but after taking membership, whenever I asked them to provide any service, they always showed me excuses that hotel are completely booked you call us next week, as per their commitments they couldn't provide me any service yet. I called them many times and sent them email also but they didn't respond me. They also changed their office and their customer care number also showing switch offed. I raised complaint in police station 2 month ago but police is also not taking any action against them. I don't know what to do and where to go for help. Please suggest?
