Have a college professor who intentionally hid(borderline stole) my practical work from me in her desk drawer, without which I was not supposed to be eligible for the upcoming final exams the next day. Was targetted and verbally harassed a lot, led to poor mental health for the next 2 years, the same professor continue to harass, it is unbearable. I want to take legal action against her. Want to know my options. The college encourages such behaviour by the professors, a lot of illegal things also goes on in the college, such as faking patient records on a daily basis and not keeping up the college hospital up to the standard required by the DCI. fake Patients are staged during inspections. And many more such things. I hope to stop this continued unchecked behaviour by private colleges by taking legal action. Please help.
