Custody of Girl child of my deceased sister
My sister expired on 23.07.19 in Bangaluru due to Chikenguniya. She lived with her husband and daughter there. Our parents are based out of Rajasthan. We wish to take custody of my sister's child for her protecting future but her biological father is not willing to let go of her, we also want that all the funds which belonged to my sister and now becomes due upon her death shall be deposited on her child's name with No access to anyone till she turns to the age of 18, so no use of funds without her consent. please advice me on the same
