I want to Know procedures of cheque bounce case.

One of my relatives gave a cheque to an individual but it bounced , so what are its procedures ???? Is there any way to take bail and anticipatory bail for him ???

normal bail can be taken.No need for anticipatory bail. Normally you will receive a notice from the complainant.
