Dear Sir / Ma’am,
Greetings from Company Vakil !!
In cheque cases the time period is very important. You have to immediately inform the person who issues the cheque that his cheque has been dishonoured and give him 15 days time in notice period for the repayment of amount. If he fails to provide the money, then you can file a case within 30 days.
