Step 1: Fill the application form given at the office. For SC/ST & SBC/OBC, separate application for is available.
Step 2: Affix your passport size photograph in the application form.
Step 3: Affix court fee ticket of Rs. 2 with application form.
Step 4: Verify the information that is furnished with competent public representative in Office.

Step 1: Go to nearest E-Mitra Centre
Step 2: Apply for Caste Certificate/Jati Pranam Patra online at the Centre
Step 3: Submit all the required documents.
Step 4: e-Mitra Operator will issue a receipt with application number & you will get SMS at the number you registered & mail to your email id. Any progress will be updated through SMS.
Step 5: After successful verification, concerned department will process the request and Rajasthan government will issue the Caste Certificate/ Jati Pranam Patra.
Step 6: You will recieve an SMS, visit the centre again.
Step 7: After providing application number to e-Mitra service centre, you will get printed copy of Rajasthan Certificate
Step 8: Visit e-Mitra Rajasthan official webpage. Enter Application ID & Click on Get Result to know the status.
Applying Online on Rajasthan Single Sign-on (SSO)
Procedure to apply for Rajasthan Caste Certificate/Jati Pranam Patra through online SSO is as follows:
Step 1: Visit the website https://sso.rajasthan.gov.in/signin
Step 2: Fill your SSO ID or username & password to login to portal.
Step 3: Select e-Mitra new. Click on राब सेवा अनप्र ु मोग from left side.
Step 4: Select application for caste certificate/Jati Pranam Patra – OBS/SBC or SC/ST
Step 5: Enter the details like Bam shah ID number, Aadhar card number & e-Mitra register registration number
Step 6: Click next and fill details like name, date of birth, mobile number, marital status, caste category, gender, permanent address, pin code and click on Save.
Step 7: Upload photograph, father’s caste certificate, address proof etc.
Step 8: Click on continue partial application. It will be forwarded to concerned regional office.
Step 9: Get your certificate by clicking on Avail Service option in SSO.
Step 10: Take print out of your Rajasthan Caste Certificate/ Jati Pranam Patra.
