  • Details of promoters, directors, key managerial personnel along with changes therein since the close of the previous financial year

  • Details of remuneration of directors of the company and all key managerial personnel salaries.
  • Details of penalty or punishment imposed on the company , its directors or—officers and details of compounding offences and appeals made against such penalty or punishment.
  • Details of matters relating to certificate of compliance, disclosure as may be prescribed.
  • Details of shareholding pattern of the commerce, and such other matters as required in the form

Q)What are the list of other documents that must be filled with form (MGT-7)?

These are the list of documents which must be filled with form MGT-7

  • Details of shareholders, debenture holders would be compulsory in the case of such companies having share capital.
  • Approval letter for extension of AGM(annual general meeting) would be compulsory if AGM due date was extended.
  • Copy of mgt-8 (mgt-8 will be prepared by a practicing chartered Secretary ) will be compulsory in case of a listed company or a company having paid-up share capital of ten crore Indian rupees or more or turnover of fifty crore indian rupees or more.

A small company or company consisting of one person company must be signed by the director of a company using a class 2 digital signature or a company Secretary in practice -mgt-7 form
